Salmon Falls at low water

Our Story

Lotus and Gabe share many passions including a zest for life along with a drive to make life as fun as possible.  This is coupled with a certain pragmatic trait which allows them to make lemonade out of that half full glass of lemon juice, just add ginger and celery root.

the story behind the name

When Gabe was in his early twenties, he migrated between seasonal jobs in New England and the Pacific Northwest.  As a professional ski patroller and whitewater kayak instructor and guide, along with regular work leading extended hiking and canoeing trips in Northern Appalachia with financially disadvantaged teens from Maine, Gabe met amazing folks from all walks of life. Larry in particular stood out amongst characters.  In a good way.  Larry was a giver, and boy howdy! did he give.  Larry‘s passions were many and he wasn’t just a Jack of all trades, he was a master at most trades.
